Man arrested for breaking into fraternity

One man and a juvenile are in the Callaway County Jail suspected of breaking into a fraternity house.

Police arrested Cecil Brandt, 20, and the juvenile just after midnight this morning inside the Kappa Alpha house at Westminster College.

They are facing charges for burglary, resisting arrest, and damaging property inside the house.   

Brandt is being held on $25,000 bond.
