Skydiver dies performing stunt at charity event

BUTLER, MO (AP) -- An experienced skydiver has died while performing a stunt at a charity event in western Missouri's Bates County.

The Kansas City Star reports that the accident happened Saturday near Butler Memorial Airport when the victim's main parachute became entangled with the chutes of three other jumpers.
