JEFFERSON CITY, MO -- The Missouri house voted to let pharmacies decide whether to stock the "Morning-After" pill.
The provision was added to a broader bill on state licensing which now goes back to the senate.
The measure would bar legal action against pharmacies that refuse to sell the pill known as RU-486, or the emergency "morning-after" contraception sold as Plan B.
Right now there are no state pharmacy regulations controlling contraceptives.
