A Fulton man is in custody after he allegedly attacked a Fulton woman.

Police say around 2:00 A.M. Saturday, a female came to the Fulton Police Department said she had been repeatedly assaulted.

The woman says Brian Hite assaulted her in her home. Then she fled to a friends' house, where he followed and attacked again.

She fled in her car, but she says Hite jumped on her car, broke a window and started hitting her again.

Hite fell off the car and sustained cuts to his face and head.

Police found Hite at the Callaway Community Hospital where he has arrested.

Hite, who is currently on probation, is charged with burglary, assault and property damage.

His bond is set at 100,000 dollars.
