AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — Tiger Woods' fans say they forgive him for cheating on his wife and they're glad he's back at the Masters.

Vicki Jones of Knoxville, Tenn., wore her ball cap with Woods' initials on it Monday to Augusta National and later watched his news conference on TV. She says she's disappointed in Woods for having affairs, but she still believes he's a good person.

Phil Sloan of Boston says Woods' promise to appreciate his fans more seemed a bit insincere.

Robert Szocinski (SOE-zin-skee) of Augusta adds that Woods should find more forgiveness than judgment in the Bible Belt. He says that in Augusta fans really care about how well he plays.
