BELLE, MO. -- The Maries County Sheriff said a second person has been charged with making meth out of a home in Belle, Mo.
Dr. Norrah Johnson, 45, has been charged with attempting to manufacture meth.
She is the wife of Randy Paray, 54, who has also been charged.
The two were arrested after deputies became suspicious while they were investigating a burglary Sunday night.
They found a meth lab being built at the home on Tibbets Avenue.
Johnson is a psychologist who runs a counseling service out of the home.
