KANSAS CITY, MO. -- A federal grand jury is continuing its probe into Former House Speaker Rod Jetton.

A grand jury in Kansas City heard testimony about Jetton's handling of a 2005 bill that sought to toughen regulations on sexually oriented businesses.

The adult entertainment industry contributed $35,000 to a political committee shortly before Jetton sent the bill to a house committee.

The chairman of that committee opposed the bill.

Jetton denies any wrongdoing and plans to testify Wednesday before grand jurors.
