The nine-year federal prison sentence imposed on an eastern Missouri woman for defrauding grain farmers isn't necessarily the end of her legal troubles.

Cathy Gieseker, 45, of Martinsburg plead guilty in federal court of defrauding 179 farmers of more than $27 million.

She must pay restitution and forfeit property that includes five pieces of land and 22 vehicles.

But a state case is still pending against Gieseker.

A spokeswoman for the Missouri Attorney General's Office said they are still deciding how to move forward.
