The Columbia City Council last night also discussed the issue that would change how some sewer customers are billed was tabled.

Several people did speak out though, saying the proposed plan to redefine who "customers" are could make them pay more, and larger entities, like the University of Missouri would be get breaks.

The council will wait to vote until they can gather more information to create a fair model for rates and clearly define "customers".
