LAFAYETTE COUNTY -- The case against one of the six Mohler family members is moving forward.The northwest Missourui men are accused of raping and molesting young family members two decades ago.
The case against Jared Mohler, who now lives in Columbia, will be brought before a Lafayette County judge Monday morning.
Court documents suggest that either a plea will be made or a tentative trial date will be set.
Jared Mohler is charged with seven counts of various abuse.
Two female relatives say they were raped by their Uncle Jared; one of them says Jared took her into a chicken coop to rape her when she was only nine.
