Free H1N1 vaccine clinics for schools, public next week

Free H1N1 flu vaccines will be given to students at Callaway County schools next week.

Monday Dec. 14: North Elementary School and Callaway Hills Elementary.
Tuesday Dec. 15: New Bloomfield School District.
Wednesday Dec. 16: South and North Callaway School District.
Friday, Dec. 18: Fulton School District.

Callaway County Health officials point out the vaccines are not mandatory, but are recommended. Parents will be required to sign a permission slip in advance.

In Boone County, starting tomorrow the H1N1 vaccine will be offered free to anyone who wants one, health department clinic on West Worley Street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
