DOVER, DEL. (AP) -- Joe Biden may be sharing the Democratic ticket with Barack Obama, but he's also looking to keep a hold of his Senate seat in Delaware.
His name is on the ballot, and that coupled with some campaigning surrogates could be good enough for him to win. He is expected to easily be re-elected Tuesday.
Biden hasn't once debated his opponent, nor has he appeared before the voters he hopes will re-elect him. The most he's done is have surrogates read canned statements on his behalf at candidate forums.
His Republican opponent, Christine O'Donnell, says "He's blowing off the people of Delaware." She goes on to say "It really just seems that he thinks people are going to vote for him because of his name."
O'Donnell maintains she'll meet him face-to-face anytime before Tuesday if he shows up.
