The app is available through both iTunes and Google Play
JeffTran riders, you can now track your bus thanks to a new free app.
The Fleetmatics app is available on iTunes and Google Play. Location information is updated every 30 seconds during JeffTran's hours of operations (about 6:45 a.m. to 5:20 p.m.)
The app requires a username and password, which is provided by JeffTran. The username is jefftran and the password is bus.
Once you've logged in, select "Live Fleet " to see a list of current bus locations. Tap on the bus route you need so you can view a live map, see a "scorecard" detailing idling time and other information, or save that route as a favorite.
The FleetMatics app also works on PCs and Macs (click here to see instructions).
The six bus routes are: Southwest, Capital Mall, Missouri Boulevard, High Street West, High Street East and Business 50 East.
