Columbia police are searching for two suspects in an armed robbery Monday night.

Officers were dispatched at 11:42 p.m. to the 3000 block of Jenne Hill Drive.

The male victim said he placed an ad on Craigslist seeking electronics. He then made a deal with the robber to meet at the above location. During the payment process, the robber displayed a weapon and demanded money.

The victim refused to hand over any money and the robber then fled on foot. The victim chased the robber until the robber entered a dark-colored vehicle.

Police are seeking two suspects, both described as black males. There is no further suspect description at this time.

The victim was not hurt during the robbery and no arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
