Columbia teachers vote for collective bargaining

They can't strike, but Thursday Columbia Public School teachers voted for representation for collective bargaining.

Almost 56% of certified teachers agreed to join the Columbia, Mo., affiliate of the National Education Association.

The NEA says this collaboration will help Columbia's 1,300 educators reach binding agreements with the school district.
