Two fugitives caught, one on the loose

Ryan Kelley, who is considered armed and dangerous, has multiple felony warrants for burglary and firearm-related crimes. The 31-year-old is 6’1" and weighs 190 lbs. He has brown eyes and blue eyes, and usually wears a baseball cap.

Fugitive on the loose is considered armed and dangerous.

Two of three fugitives wanted in Pulaski County are in custody.

Authorities with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department said within hours of their initial news release Wednesday, 52-year-old Kevin Keeling was arrested in Waynesville.

Authorities said Keeling was wanted on felony drug charges out of Pulaski County.

At about 10 a.m. Ryan Kelley was arrested at a business in St. Robert.

A woman with Kelley was also arrested.

In the news release Wednesday, Pulaski County authorities said they considered 31-year-old Kelly to be armed and dangerous.

Kelley was wanted on multiple felony warrants for burglary and firearm-related crimes.

All three were taken to the Pulaski County Jail.

Authorities said Stephen Klasing is still on the loose and is considered armed and dangerous.

Klasing is a federal fugitive and has felony drug charges.

The 31-year-old is 6’3" and weighs 210 lbs. He has brown hair and green eyes, plus multiple scars and gold-capped front teeth.
