Eldon police have made an arrested in a Tuesday night shooting. They are not releasing the suspect's name at this time, pending a warrant.

The suspect is in the Miller County Jail. Police also say they believe they have the weapon used.

Eldon Police are looking for the person who shot from one car to another.

Police said around 7:45 Tuesday night, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of West First Street.

Police said a shot had been fired from a vehicle towards another vehicle.

Officers said the shooting was not random. A person of interest has been identified, but no one has been arrested. The investigation continues.
