Puppies for Parole dogs need homes

More than 90 dogs have found homes during the program’s two years

Seven dogs participating in Fulton's upcoming Puppies for Parole graduation still need to be adopted.

The city and the Algoa Correctional Center have participated in the program for nearly two years. The current class's graduation, which will include the program's one hundredth graduate, is scheduled for Thursday.

Those interested in adopting one of the dogs or wanting more information should contact Fulton Animal Control Supervisor Tina Barnes at 573-642-7443 or ACC Puppies for Parole Coordinator Tina Sutton at 573-751-3911 extension 341.
