(AP) -- Missouri's attorney general has sued a defunct company that sold vacation packages in the music resort town of Branson, alleging customers never received their accommodations or got refunds.

Attorney General Chris Koster filed suit Wednesday in Christian County Circuit Court against Mr. Nice Guy's Vacations and its operator, Chestnutridge resident Andrew Callison.

The suit alleges Callison accepted payments of $99 to $839 from at least 35 customers between late 2009 and early 2011, promising hotel accommodations and entertainment passes in Branson.

Koster says customers were told they had up to a year to redeem their vacation packages but got no answer at the phone number they were given.

Koster is seeking restitution and a court order barring Callison from doing business in Missouri.

Calls to Callison were not immediately returned Wednesday.
