Callaway authorities investigating string of burglaries

The person(s) responsible are wanted for burglary, stealing and property damage.

Burglaries at several Tebbetts-area businesses and a Holts Summit residence are believed to be related.

The robberies, which occurred at W.A. Rootes, Smart Brother's Farms, Stanlin Salvage and the Holts Summit residence, were reported Monday to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Police tell us a small amount of cash, four 16" aluminum wheels with all terrain tires, a D&M Sander, four stock wheels and tires from a Lincoln Continental, and several vehicle radiators and batteries were among the items taken.

The person(s) responsible are wanted for burglary, stealing and property damage.
