County-wide center would add to the community
HOLTS SUMMIT -- Callaway County residents may have a new addition to their community in the upcoming year.
The city of Holts Summit plans to build a YMCA facility, pending the results of a community-wide meeting on January 28th.
The city says it will guage the interest of the public before moving forward with project. The facility will host a 6,000 square foot fitness center and a community meeting room.
The new YMCA would be located near the city park and civic center.
