Boone County authorities arrested a Fulton man that they think stole a car from a dealership last month.

Investigators found information in the stolen vehicle this afternoon that led them to a home connected to 32-year-old Levi Singleton.

Singleton was not in the home when officers arrived in the 1100 block of grand street in Fulton.

Investigators used a search warrant to seize several items of drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs.

Singleton was arrested after Fulton police sent a message to all law enforcement agencies in the central Missouri area.

"He was traveling somewhere in the Central Missouri area and he was probably a dangerous person to encounter," said Lt. Andre Cook of the Fulton Police Department. "We led other agencies know, and he was located at Finger Lake State Park in Boone County"

Investigators used a search warrant to seize several items of drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs from the house.

Several people were detained at the scene, but later released.

An investigation is ongoing in the case.
