The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary in rural eastern Callaway County near Readsville and the Montgomery County Line.
Items stolen include a 1945 Browning Model 1919 machine gun which has been altered to shoot semi-auto.
The gun was mounted on a tripod and was stolen along with a custom Pelican Case and 600 rounds of belted .308 ammunition.
A Red Stag head mount was also taken as was a total of several thousand round of .223, .50, 45ACP and 9mm ammunition.
