Maries County deputies continuing investigation of eight puppies found dead

Maries County Deputies are still looking for suspects in the case of eight puppies being killed there.

Maries County authorities say they were notified Sunday by the Pulaski county Humane Society of the puppies being killed in a residence near the Pulaski County border at 623 Kenny Road around Dixon, Missouri.

Although there were eight puppies confirmed dead in a picture sent to the Maries County Sheriff Office, once six of the bodies were found on when they arrived on the scene.

They are planning to interview of couple suspects of interest, but at this point, they say the investigation is ongoing.
