Three people are in jail after an assault in Morgan County.

On Thursday, Sheriff's Deputies responded to Barnett for a report of a man screaming for help.

Upon arrival deputies made contact with a 24-year-old white male. The subject had multiple injuries to various parts of his body and his hands were bound together. The subject told deputies that he had been held at a residence in Barnett against his will, tied up and assaulted by two males and a female.

Further investigation conducted by Morgan County Detectives resulted in the arrest of three subjects: Junior W. Stone, 53, and Shannon Stone, 43, both of Barnett and Kirk D. Bishop, 50, of Eldon.

All three subjects were charged with Assault 1st Degree, Felonious Restraint and Armed Criminal Action, with a cash-only bond set at $150,000.
