Osage Beach Police released details about a weekend sexual assault.

Police said they were called to a residence on Parkwood Circle around 4 a.m. Saturday.

Police say when they got there 25-year-old Robert W. Baker was standing out front with his hands raised.

Baker had a male and a female staying at his house. The female told police while she was sleeping; she was sexually assaulted and photographed by Baker with his cell phone.

Baker is charged with deviate sexual assault and invasion of privacy. He's in jail on a $115,000 bond.
