MORGAN COUNTY -- A couple was booked in the Morgan County Jail after police found thousands of dollars worth of methamphetamine at their home.

On March 13  officers of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a search warrant at a home in the  14000-block of Red Hollow Road in Gravois Mills.

During the search officers found about 75 grams of Methamphetamine, digital scales and drug paraphernalia.

Before the search warrant was executed, Brian Anson, 36, and Danelle Menkevich, 39, were arrested on a traffic stop.

Both Gravois Mills residents are charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Both Anson and Menkevich are in the Morgan County Jail with a $40,000 cash only bond.

The street value of the drugs seized is approximately $9,000.00.
