FULTON -- Fulton Police arrested a man and woman from New Jersey who were on the run.
David Herscap was arrested Tuesday by the Fulton Police Department.
Herscap has an outstanding fugitive warrant from New Jersey for larceny.
A day later, on Wednesday, Rebecca Norman was arrested for a parole violation which stemmed from a charge of child abuse in New Jersey.
Police said the arrests were the result of a co-investigation with the Warren County, NJ Prosecutors Office Fugitive Unit.
Both Herscap and Norman are in the Callaway County Jail pending extradition to New Jersey.
