FULTON -- A man was arrested Saturday night after being involved in a rollover accident in Fulton.

At about 1:45 Saturday morning, Fulton Police found a vehicle lying on its top with the driver, Garrett Gibbons, 23, stuck inside.

The Fulton Fire Department broke out the back window and Gibbons crawled out.

The vehicle had extensive damage while Gibbons had minor injuries.

Gibbons was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

He was booked in the Callaway County Jail.
