JEFFERSON CITY, MO. -- The Jefferson City Fairgrounds was the place to be Saturday if you like crafts.

It was the annual Cole County Extension Council Fall Festival.

About 150 exhibitors from Missouri and the Midwest were on hand to sell their products.

They had everything from hair accessories and fall decor to Christmas garland.

"It's been interesting to come out and see everybody's different ideas and I like to get ideas and maybe even pick up samples of things I might be able to do at home,” shopper Evelyn Speidel said.

Approximately 3,000 shoppers kicked off the fall season at the festival.

Admission was $2, children 12 and under got in free.

All proceeds go to the Cole County Extension Council Building Fund.
