Jeff City celebrates the arts

Jefferson City residents are celebrating the arts this weekend.

The three day festival aims at promoting local artists through exhibits and events, like Thursday Night Live.

Thursday's event included a Soup Stock and a flash mob from Jefferson City High Schoolers.

On Friday, there will be a concert on the Capitol lawn sponsored by the River Regional Library.

And on Saturday, special events wil be going on all day in downtown, including Jazz Fest.
