You could be getting a survey in the mail this week about high-speed internet.

About 4,000 surveys were mailed out last week to residents in dozens of Missouri counties, including Maries, Montgomery, Osage, Phelps and Pulaski.

The survey will assess the needs for high-speed internet in the Show Me State.

Its part of the Governor Nixon's efforts to expand broadband internet.

The surveys recently mailed were the last bunch of 24,000 surveys.

Completed surveys must be postmarked by June 30th.
