Jefferson City has posted a link on its website at jeffcitymo.org that allows residents to monitor river stages and learn about flood warnings issued by the National Weather Service.

The information is updated several times a day and provides information about which areas of the city are impacted when the river stage is at various levels.

The city also has links of photos of various locations around town that have been flooded in the past.

Meanwhile, the jefferson city council will be presented with the city's action plan for various flood stages at Its meeting Monday night. That meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.

That action plan will be posted on the city's website Tuesday.
