Police investigation burglary at local school

Moberly police are investigating a burglary at a local school. Police say when staff arrived at North Park School on Porter Street around 5:30 Friday morning, they saw a window had been damaged, allowing someone to get into the school.

More damage was discovered inside the school, and property was missing.

Police said the suspect was wearing a light colored hooded jacket, a ball-cap, black pants, black shoes, dark colored gloves and had a dark colored handkerchief on his face. The subject was also wearing a black and white backpack.
