JEFFERSON CITY, MO. -- Valentine's Day is Monday and local florists are overflowing with flowers.

To all the men, if you haven't ordered your special someone flowers already, you still have time as of Sunday.

We stopped by Busch's Florist in Jefferson City Sunday as they were getting ready for their busiest day of the year.

They have more than 10,000 roses on hand, ready for delivery Monday.

As of this afternoon you can see most of the work was already done.

"There is no question on valentines day the most popular flower is the red rose, a dozen red roses is the order of choice, we have a lot of different varieties, a lot of different options but still the most popular one is the dozen red roses," John Pelzer said.

He said he'll have about 20 drivers working tomorrow.

Their greenhouse looked like they're ready for a full scale delivery operation.

Tables are marked by city, by building, and by business.
