A court hearing is being held Friday morning for the Laddonia man accused of first degree murder of a hitchiker he picked up.
Chester Harvery, Jr. is also charged with kidnapping, abondonment of a corpse, and armed criminal action in the december 2009 death of Ohio man, James William Boyd Mcneely.
Harvey's jury trial is scheduled to begin Febuary 1st.
In December, Harvey's oldest son Chad Harvey was sentenced to life in prison for his involvement in the crime.
Chester's wife Angela Harvey and sons Ethan and Jordan Harvey also faces charges in the murder.
