A Linn Creek woman was seriously injured in a car accident in Camden County on Monday. It happened just before 5 P.M. on Highway 54, west of Route AA.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Steven Owens of Macks Creek crossed the center line and struck a vehicle head on driven by 54-year-old Kimberly Scott.

Scott's vehicle then crossed back over the center line where it was struck by a third vehicle. She was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with serious injuries.

Owens was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
