Man arrested for third DWI

A Boone County man has been arrested after deputies found his car off the roadway on its side last night on Hinkson Creek Road.

Officers first took 58 year old Harold Ketchum to a hospital for evaluation and afterwards took him to jail.

Officials say the incident was Ketchum's third DWI arrest.

Ketchum posted bond and was released.
