Four Cut Throat gang members sentenced to prison

COLUMBIA, MO. -- A federal judge has sentenced four Columbia members of the Cut Throats Gang for their involvement in illegal drug trafficking and firearms.

Koda Coats, 23, his brother, Eric Coats, 22, Demarco Burnett, 25 and Cheviss Denny, 22, all face prison time.

Koda Coats was sentenced to 18 years and four months.

Eric Coats was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Burnett and Denny were each sentenced to 10 years.

Denny and Eric Coats also admitted to involvement in two separate gang-related gas station shootings in Columbia.
