Man charged with double homicide pleads not guilty

JEFFERSON CITY -- A man charged with a double homicide in Cole County will be back in court in May.

David Hosier's lawyers appeared in Cole County court yesterday to give the judge a status report.

Cole County Prosecutor Mark Richardson says his office is evaluating evidence from the crime lab.

Hosier has pleaded not guilty in the murders of Angela and Rodney Gilpin.

They were found shot to death last September in their apartment doorway on West High in Jefferson City.
