MOBERLY, MO. -- The Missouri Fire Marshal's office has finished its investigation of a fatal house fire in Moberly, Mo. that happened on Jan. 28.
The results show that the fire was the result of an accidental cooking incident.
A 26-year-old man, who escaped when the fire started, was cooking shimp when the grease caught on fire.
Rebecca Skinner, 56, and Britney Tessman, 18, died in the blaze.
Autopsies show that both women died of smoke inhalation.
