WARSAW, Mo. (AP) -- A preliminary hearing for the man charged with killing three Cole Camp residents has been rescheduled for later this month in Benton County Circuit Court.

Robert Blurton is charged with first-degree murder in the June 7 deaths of 64-year-old Donnie Luetjen, 61-year-old Sharon Luetjen and their 15-year-old granddaughter, Taron Luetjen. They were shot to death at their Cole Camp home.

Blurton, a 45-year-old Garnett, Kan., resident, is jailed on $3 million bond.

At the preliminary hearing, prosecutors plan to present evidence to convince the judge the state has enough evidence to try Blurton in the deaths.

The hearing had been set for Monday.
