MOBERLY -- A Moberly pastor and Christian school principal accused of kidnapping a 16-year-old girl and taking her to a Columbia hotel earlier this year faces a trial today.

James Wilson, 42, of Renick will be in a Moberly courtroom. He was acquitted in June of a child molestation charge after the judge ruled that parts of the girl's testimony were not credible.

Wilson was the principal of Moberly's Terrill Road Christian Church School.

A probable cause statement says Wilson took a female student to the motel in may of this year.
