This coming week will be their last week on the job

JEFFERSON CITY -- It's the last week on the job for 48 Department of Natural Resources workers.

Employees of State Parks and Historic Sites got the word they'll be laid off at the end of this coming work week.

Almost 80 others are being forced to take pay cuts or a different position.

Previously, Gov. Jay Nixon told the agency to slash more than $3 million from their budget.
