ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Special programs are being planned at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis to recognize Veterans Day.

The National Park Service says from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. park rangers will portray a frontier soldier and a military surveyor at the museum located under the Arch. They'll also talk to visitors about life on the American frontier.

The Park Service also says it is waiving a $3 fee at the Arch on Nov. 11, though visitors will still have to pay for tram rides and movie tickets.
