Osage Beach Police have a man in custody Friday after he left the scene of an accident last year.

Gilberto M. Hernandez, 33, was arrested after police matched DNA left on the air bag.

On Oct. 19, 2008, police responded to a call of a Chevy Trailblazer wedged between two Seebold Sports Buildings.

Hernandez was deported by the INS for a prior car incident.

Hernandez was back in custody after police were tipped off that he was back in the Osage Beach area. He is currently being held at the Camden County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
