I worked with the mother but didn't realy know her
but I am concerned about the baby. it has been told at work that the baby died and i would like to know if this is true or not I hope not also i haven't seen anymore about how to help this baby and her brother. is it true that Samantha's uncle is getting custody of the children?

Well as many just dont know! The one that will be caring for these children are samanthas family..her uncle! Samanthas family never did a da*n thing for these children until all if this happend!Her own family wouldnt come up with baby girl was born!Samanthas father was also watching these kids for her! Who is to say he wasnt involved with this crime also! And samanthas mom puts on more of a show then anyone I know!I honestly believe that yes aaron did part of the abuse as samantha did as well. as for the sexual abuse it could have been multiple suspects! Samanthas dad or Aaron were the 2 men these kids were around! Investigate then both! Aarons mom was in MI when this happend! She was the one that would die for these children! She LOVES them. They were her life! Samanthas parents kicked them out! They had no family or money! they had no choice but to go back home! And yes aaron has hit samantha in the past..but she always went back to him..why not because she was scared but because she loved him. I do believe samantha instagated this. She is a very mean and rude person! and her samanthas parents shouldnt get the kids..they couldnt handle there own..samanthas oldest half brother is in prison for sexually assults (but allowed him to write samantha as a little girl)..they left samantha in MI with aarons family to take care of her..and as for her little brother..he hates his parents..her family is scum! I hope these kids are able to go back to there home town and put into the grandmothers care that loved these 2 kids more then anything..Samantha is ungrateful..She never did sh*t for these kids as far as I am concerned! She needs to confess to what she did..shes not perfect! She was always the girl who wanted everyone to feel sorry for her! Aarons parents lost there house in MI because they had to make sure these babies had cloths, diapers,food, heat, water, and transportation..while samantha sat on her ass. She was too jealous of aaron to let him get a job.Thats why he cared for the children!

This poor baby. Here's hoping she gets placed in a loving caring home far, far away from this monster who is suppose to be her father. My wish is that he wouldn't be kept in solitary confinement but was in general population in the jail. BECAUSE WHO WAS PROTECTING THIS PRECIOUS LITTLE GIRL FROM HIM WHILE HE IS PROTECTED FROM THOSE WHO WOULD METE OUT JUSTICE.
I don't understand how any human being could inflict such savagery on a little baby. She was trusting of him, totally dependent on him, as was the 2 year old.

The only gift in life is our children. We need to protect our children a little better. He is a sick a@#. If the dfs does not keep these kids away form the mother and father. Then why do we even bother have dfs.

I usually think all need prayed for but this guy needs to suffer and suffer greatly. No Protective Custody in prison, put him in the General Population. Don't kill him, make him suffer or let them kill him in prison which they will. I worked at corrections for 6 years and prisoners just wait on guys tom come in there that are guilty of child abuse/sexual abuse. they cannot wait to get ahold of him. so if you are his family say good bye to him now. He will rot in hell. His mind is sick and I must say shame on the Grandma for leaving. If my son acted like that and he had 2 children I would kill him myself or die trying to get those children out of there. I would never leave my grandchildren behind. Shame on her, run and don't tell anyone and the Mother needs to be locked up to for allowing it. Don't say you don't know. How could you not. They should hang him upside down by a rope tied around his privates until it falls off and then let it rot up and then let the prisoners have their fun with him. If you think the officers are going to protect you then you are wrong. If I was an officer and saw this guy being beat or sexually abused I would turn my head.

Ok, either you watch a lot of tv, or you're an authority of some type that sees a lot of things I would never even imagine. Ok, so you work on that side of the law. I'm the person you bring those kids to AFTER they've recovered from their horrendous nightmare. I'm the one that sees the after effects of a brain damaged child, or a child with severe emotional trauma. I'm the one that wakes up in the middle of the night running to a scared child who's in a strange home, because of sick acts done to them.
So, you're probably right, I don't see the worst of it and maybe, just maybe it's because the good Lord knows I would never be mentally stable afterwards.
My concern is for the safety and CONFIDENTIALITY of those two children! You want media and national news? You say the identity of those precious babies will be protected? All it's going to take is one sinister nut case to send the media a photo of those kids and you've broken your promise!
According to Missouri authorities, they've cracked 5 child murders in 2 years. Let the authorities do their jobs and let the prosecutors and judges properly hang these twisted individuals for their sick, demented & disgusting ways. But please, don't subject those babies to the media. They've already been through enough!

I normally would not respond back to comments made about my posting, but here goes. Unless you are familiar with the justice system on a first hand basis you have no creditability with me. For your information I have. I have personally seen babies murdered by their parents or a boyfriend of a mother and the justice system plea bargain the cases down. Have you, sir or madam ever had to walk onto a crime scene and see a small lifeless child that was beaten unrecognizably? I have! Not once but more times than I care to remember! My outrage at this case comes not only from the view point of a relative but also from a person who has seen the system fail time and again. Have you ever seen a woman who was raped by a repeat offender who had previously been sentenced to a reduced sentence for raping several other women, only to be returned to the same streets that those women walk down every day? I have! So do not lecture me on the system until you have seen it work from the inside! Will justice be done if its left to the system? Maybe or maybe not, but this crime is not the one to take the chances on. Do I keep a scrap book of the things that I have seen and been a part of? Not on your life! I spend to much of my life trying to forget the things that I have seem and the peoples faces that were the victims of trash like your friend who did this. I do know that the more attention that this case receives that it will be harder for the system to plea bargain the sentence down. I am in favor of anyone who will advocate for these children, on what ever level they are, national or local. The identity of these children will be protected. As long as we take your attitude and keep this and other crimes such as this hidden away they will keep happening. Just like roaches these vermin need to be exposed to the light of the day! So, instead of advocating for your "Friends", please help see that justice for once is done. So in conclusion, like I said above; If you cannot say that you have seen the system at it worse, do not lecture me on how to ensure that it works this time.

I'm friends of the father's side of the family. I've known them since Aaron was a just a kid in elementary school. I also know Samantha and have only been introduced to her parents before they moved from Michigan to Missouri. I'm deeply distraught and upset over this case, just as much as any of you out there, if not probably more so.
I've held and cooed over both of their babies after they were born and have become so emotionally attached to the both of them.
When the babygirl was 6 weeks old, the father and mother moved to Missouri for a promise of better jobs to support their kids. (Something our town is lacking right now.) I never got to see the baby boy and girl before they left, so you can imagine my hurt over what has happened to these children and the fact that I'll probably never see them again.
Now for all of you out there that didn't know the family of these children. I know you all want to see justice done, but to add Bill O,Rielly or Nancy Grace???? What, are you crazy!!?? Are you making a scrapbook or something??!!! I know these parents have subjected themselves to the media by making some real lousy choices and by single-handedly abusing these babies, but why make them NATIONAL NEWS??? Aren't you confident with your police department or justice system down there, that you have to subject those two little children to the national media? How can those precious babies ever live a normal life, if you subject them to media like that and have their faces plastered all over Nancy Grace?? I know she does justice for children, but you sir, great uncle of those precious children, have opened up a whole new can of worms by subjecting those children to national media, when they are being protected by the state of Missouri and foster care. What do you really think Nancy Grace is going to do for those children that the Missouri system hasn't already done??

Amen Don! I could not have said it better. My heart goes out to you and your family. And we will all be there to make sure that do not take these kids away from the home they are going to. They are a very loving family that will show these babies the love they should have been getting all along.

As I read the messages that have been sent about my great niece I can only say that our family also feels this outrage and is sickened by what has happened to this child and probably her 2 year old brother. I recently found out that her brother has had some "mysterious" injuries in the past and common sense would tell you that abuse was the cause. No one can know the hell that these children must have endured at the hands of their father. Although they will never be able to tell us what they have been through, I am sure it has left the marks as deep on their souls as if they were whipped with barbed wire. All we can do is pray for them. As far as the trash that caused these children and our family this pain, may God save his soul, because I'm sure his body will belong to the other inmates where he is going. Even that is not enough punishment for him, but until the day that he meets his maker it will have to do. In regards to my niece (the mother of the child), if she had knowledge of this atrocity, and how could she not, she also needs to be where she can think about her actions for the rest of her life. Rest assured that the children now will be in a very loving place. They will be with my brother who is a kind soul and very loving and good person. His entire family will show these children the love and care that they deserve. One way that you can help is by not allowing this story to fade away! Call people like Bill O'Reilly and Nancy Grace, or your local news stations. Demand the best investigation and the harshest prosecution for this case. Go to court when the trials begin! Be there for the sentencing and pray for these poor babies that deserved much more and should have experienced much less.

As you may have seen on the KRCG news, a 5 month old baby girl from Brumley was molested and physically abused by her father. She is currently in ICU with a broken leg, broken ribs, fractured skull and internal injuries. She is 5 months old and weighs 9lbs. This child has obviously been abused for most of her short precious life.

A family from my church has stepped up to be loving parents to this baby and her 2 year old brother. They are desperately in need of baby and toddler items. They have nothing but love to offer them at this time.

We are reaching out to the community for donations of items or money to help them get started. Anyone that has any items can call 573-528-4349 to arrange pick-up. We will be having a "Baby Shower" at Cornerstone Ministry Center, in Iberia, next Sunday November 8th after church services. Items and donations can be brought at this time as well.

I cant believe this story, as most people cant. This poor baby and her brother. Hopefully they will find a forever loving home and have no memory of this or their parents. However the sad thing is that our system is giving people like this their children back everyday and this is the reason why we are ranked #5 for child abuse. We need to do something about it NOW!!!!! I mean come on take the last 5 years look at all the cases OPEN YOUR EYES JUDGES ITS TIME!!!!!! My son has a father that wont stop drinking and guess what still the court system wants me to allow him to have visition rights even though he cant stay sober when he has him and is passed out half the time when he is there. First I just want to say my prayers are with these young childern!!! Second, I am reading all these post stating that the mother is innocent and working hard to make ends meet but, since when did making sure the welfare of your childern was safe less important?? She had to have knowledge of the broken bones and the malnourished child!!! WHat about the pediatrician did she have a check up on 4 months why didn't an investigation spark when she weighed less than 10 ounds and had cracked ribs??? I am a mother of 9,7, and 4month old and I notice any little scratch behavior changes, I can distinguish the diff cries of my baby!! Can you HONESTLY say she has no blame??!! Kayla, I too am a Christian, but you need to read your Bible. In the old Testament this man would have been taken out and stoned to death. This man is guilty of an horrific sin and I think the crime deserves severe punishment. I look at my almost 9 month old daughter, and see innocense and happiness. And yet in the back of my head, I think of this sick, demented, nasty waste of air. And wonder "HOW, how on earth could a person even think of sexually abusing an infant..." Did he do it becuase there was no way she could tell? I don't know this person is that keeps claiming that she knows this mother, or so called mother, so well but maybe you didn't know her as well as you thought you did. Even the family knows that she is partially responsible for this. You can't tell me this was the first time he ever hurt this child. The broked ribs were from a previous injury so this poor baby has been beat before. Just because you ride to work with someone everyday, doesn't mean that you know them. People like you that defend a child abuser make me sick, if you were so close to this woman and know so much about her kids, how did you not know that something was wrong with this picture. I would like to update all concerned that this baby is doing much better and they are praying for a full recovery. A couple from my church will be taking custody of the brother on Monday and the baby as soon as she is released from the hospital.
As for the one who keeps defending the mother, that says she rode to work with her, maybe you should look into the people you ride with alittle closer. This five month old baby weighs 9 pounds, you gonna tell me the mother didnt know that? The broken ribs that this baby has is from a previous injury. This child has been abused all of her short precious life. As a working mother myself I know how hard it is to work and raise children. But you check into the people you leave them with and you account for every bruise that you find on them. These children have been abused and neglected and its people like you that have seen them before that should be held accountable for not watching them more closely. The mother deserves to burn just as much as he does. And god help us all if the system fails these children again and returns them to her.

I know hundreds of guys doing time. Everyone in all the prisons knows about this guy now and they will most certainly be waiting on him. Prison is the devils playground and he will go through what he put that poor innocent little girl through over and over and over again. And then he will burn in hell!!!!!

But as for the mother she was at work where she had to be since that POS got fired, and his mother who was staying with them had gone back to Michigan so that was the opirtunity. I know the mother didn't know this was going to happen because I remember us having a convorsation about how someone she knew was dating a pedifile wile this woman had a 11 year old daughter in the house, and the mother of this baby couldn't beleive someone would let a known sex offender around her kids. First of all I am sickened by what happend to the baby. The baby's mom gave me a ride to work every day. When I met Aaron I knew there was something about him I didn't like, but I never thought he would do this. As for where was the mother. She was at work the night this happened. She had to come running up to me and tell me I needed to find another ride because her baby was in the hospital. The story that was given to her at the time was that Aaron had left the baby on the couch for the moment and her 2 year old picked up the baby and fell on her.
Aaron also worked with us, and recently got fired, so it wasn't like the mother left the kids with him for too long every day, it was only about four days before this happend when he got fired. And I know for 100% fact that the mother didn't think Aaron was capible for this. We had actually had a convorsation about how some fathers wont even give their daughters baths because they are afraid someone will call them a pedifile. Aaron was the same way, so the mother truely didn't beleive Aaron could be so sick. And I hope to God Aaron get's what he deserves and the mother get's thoes kids back. She is a good mother, who deserves to have her kids.

I am praying for this baby's healthy survival and for her siblings well being. I hope that these two children go to a home where they are safe and will always be together to live as siblings. I am seeing where people are wanting to just shoot this guy... I wouldn't even waste a bullet on him. As I am writing this I am crying because this makes me so sick. I've been trying to have children with my husband. We would provide them with a happy and loving home. One where we would protect them and never harm them. I have been a Brumley resident all of my life and have never seen this person ever. These low life trash move in and create problems like this. Our quite little town is being over run with just plain trash looking to live somewhere where a police presence is rare and usually not needed. They swarm in and cook their dope and beat and kill their kids. And the rest of the law abiding, productive citizens get the bad name for living in Brumley.
