MARIES COUNTY -- The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and Maries County Sheriff’s Office busted a meth lab just north of Vienna, Mo today approximately 12:30 p.m.

Deputies arrested Daniel A. Gilliam, 40, and Toni M. Griggs, 35, of Vienna after searching a residence on Maries County Road 302 after a lengthy investigation.

Griggs, also, has an active warrant out of Crawford County for assault on a law enforcement officer. 

Deputies found meth, meth production material and several firearms.

Both suspects face possible drug and weapons violations and are being held in Maries County Jail.

It is about time that drug houses like this one are busted. Thank you to the new Sheriff of Maries County for doing your job and cleaning up our county.

It has been very obvious what goes on at that house every since these people have moved in. It makes me very happy to know that Maries Co and LANG are watching and taking care of things.
