OSAGE COUNTY -- Osage County authorities have charged two people with possession of meth and attempt to manufacture meth.

William Davis, 27, and Ashley Heath-Tyree, 26, both of Chamois, are being held in the Osage County jail

Deputies said they were following a vehicle on Saturday on a county road that had smoke pouring from the passenger area.

The vehicle did not stop during a pursuit while the occupants threw out several items used in meth production.
