Don't forget to reset your clocks!

UNDATED -- This weekend, we're going to spring into daylight savings time by moving our clocks forward an hour.  It's happening three weeks earlier than in the past, and that may require some extra adjusting for you and your family.

Here are some tips to make the adjustment this weekend.

-Go to bed early Friday night or Saturday night and sleep later on Sunday.  This helps the body get use to the new hours.
-Move children's bedtimes 15 minutes earlier each night this weekend to get them in a new routine.
-Nap briefly on Sunday, but not too late in the day.
-Expose yourself to bright sunlight when you wake up.  Sunlight helps advance your internal clock.
-Get out and take a long walk and get some exercise early in the day.
-Don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.
